Blake Nicolazzo

Founder | Managing Director

Blake arrived in Missoula in 1995, drawn to its endless rivers and snowy mountains. She spent several years crisscrossing the country, shaping a marketing and sales career that began in high school, learning the ropes at her Dad’s PR firm in Boston, and led her to Outward Bound and later to Patagonia. She found joy in work that honored the natural world while supporting a just economy.

Inspired by businesses that balanced success with sustainability, she found her purpose and delved into the art of mindful branding—creating and growing companies with intention, inspired design, and a drive to help others succeed.

Blake has taught at the University of Montana and served on Missoula’s Zero Waste Advisory Committee, the City of Missoula’s Design Review Board, and the Sustainable Business Council. She is currently on the Advisory Board of Business for Montana’s Outdoors and volunteers her time with the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, and in a Montana-based mentorship program for women.

She believes in the quiet power of good work, done well.
